I can’t begin to describe how irritated I am at missing the gym today. It’s closed. So... I did a mini workout at home. Same time, more exercises, less weight, more reps, less breaks. My $6 bench came in handy! So did hubby’s curl bar lol. I can bench, flat, incline and military, the bar plus 20#. Again that’s low on all, but military BUT was able to do up to 10 reps each set. Did some flys, curls, lat raises, hip thrusts (bar, 20# plus 16# in dumbbells), pushups and worked the calves on my porch stairs (70 total reps over 4 sets, body weight only).
Considering buying a punching bag. Kid wants one and I could use one so I don’t drive to Texas just to smash a ho. Ho jokes aside, she WAS a ho and with me right there. Just gotta find a place to put it as our house is pretty much full :/.
