My nutritionist asked me to give a try: freshly brewed black coffee blended with one tablespoon butter on a Vitamax
I waited, probably 3 month to give it a try - just sounded so gross: butter in coffee???!!!
It is actually tasty!!!!

She recommended it as I drink coffee on empty stomach every morning and having difficulty to break the habit - the idea is to add some nutritional aspect to the coffee 😂

How to make butter: Pour heavy cream into a jar and screw on the lid. Shake jar until butter forms a soft lump, 15 to 20 minutes. Pour off the buttermilk, mold into desired shape. Eat!

It just adds saturated fat to your drink, Peggy. No real nutrition. It can be ok if it helps you prolong time between larger meals or if your diet is otherwise low fat and you need to drink it to get it in, otherwise, there is no point.
