Good morning from snowy Germany!
I am home since I got a kind of flu virus again. I think it's due to my visit to the nearby park last Friday morning, when it was +8Celsius and so sunny it seemed to be on summertime. Then at night the temperature dropped to -6Celsius, but I was still wearing light clothes. Usually during the end of February and March I start to wear lighter clothes, not because it's actually warmer, just because my body is longing for summertime. So, I usually get a cold or a flu-virus.

My weight it's really low to be TOM, I guess it's due to dehydration. Today I am going to work from the public library. It makes me insane to stay at home without going out for the third day in a row.

My mood is quite good. Yesterday I had very bad mood for few hours, there were the right conditions for an emotional eating episode but it did not happen. The only reason is I am sick, and I feel like eating very little.
