Things are going a lot better! I'm working my butt off at the gym and concentrating on eating right for the most part! Today will be day 3 at the gym this week and that is going great! I am very pleased with how hard I have been working! Can't wait to weigh in this weekend. Eating is going good too...have had a few slip ups, but oh well, I am following about 98%! This weekend we have a softball tournament so that will be great exercise and I am going to pack all my food so that I am not messing up that part! I did get on the scale this morning to see where I am at right now and I am back down to 157...YAH HOO!!! I am very excited. I will post me weight when I weigh in next week though, I am pushing to get back down to at least 155!! Then 10 more after that and I will be at my goal!

Today's meals:
Breakfast ~ yogurt & grapefruit
Lunch ~ salad w/ low fat dressing
Dinner ~ not sure yet, need to think of something creative!!!
snacks ~ fruit and veggies

Have softball tonight so along with the gym at lunch today it will be a great work out!

It looks like you're doing great!! Good job on the exercise and it sounds like the eating part is going well. You're very close to your goal...keep it up!
