Besides the occasional update I haven't been on fs too much lately... Hard juggling two websites... I love it here Andy buddies and I have tons of journals and history... I guess we will see if I eventually keep it to a monthly journal to recap... Thkg aloud... Excuse me...

Anyway... As I approach my goal I've been considering logging my weight every day even with my spikes... I weigh myself everyday anyway but hate the temporary gains affecting my pretty chart... Lol but now it's more about learning what affects me more so than battling to lose... Well... No time like the present... Logging my normal weekend jump...
