Now that I have looked at how vitamins work, what good foods are naturally fortified with them, and how to make metabolism work in my favor to help me in reaching my weight loss goals, it's time to incorporate them into a simple strategy and plan. I tried to think of an acronym that would incorporate the knowledge I've gathered over the last few weeks and I finally came up with one that I think might just work for me: POWER

P - plan and schedule meals with healthy food with healthy portions
O - Obtain and read information and education on health, exercise and nutrition so I don't fall victim to myths and misinformation
W -Write in journal about my activity, food and weigh-ins as well as my challenges and success so I stay focused and motivated
E - Exercise everyday using a combination anerobic and aerobic methods
R - Reward myself and repeat these good habits so that I win

Everyday I have to spell the word 'POWER' with these activities. Power will give me victory. So: what shall I eat, read, and do tomorrow?
