I haven't felt good all week and today I lost the battle of the munchies. I will re-group and not eat dinner for I am over my daily. And brutally honest with the tracking today.
Tomorrow new day, new plan. I will not go back to the start.

I am in route and haven't been able to catch up on FS today. But, I want to reach out to you. I hope you feel better. When I am sick I am attracted to certain foods. And feeling down takes energy from me, so I can see how eating becomes a source for energy. I like your motivation...tomorrow is a new day! Let's break old habits this weekend! Enjoy yiurs as well 😊

You didn't do bad at all - I looked at your food log and nuts are healthy. You got lots of protein and fiber! When I lose the munchies battle is usually a big bag of potato chips.

thank y'all. I did forego the chips even though I wanted the salt so badly.

Keyten - but when I go on a chip binge I basically eat only chips and dip for the day. Can't eat just a few. Feel lucky that at this point I have no interest in them. The last time I did this - I would have a bad cheat day every 2 weeks or so and then get back to the diet. Don't feel like doing that now. Maybe giving up soda had something to do with it although I can't imagine why.
