The colonoscopy is behind me now, and that d stress has almost vanished. Here’s what I learned.... the medication really mess with my body...in a fasted state I gained five pounds over night and my skin went crazy with nasty rosacea and inflammation.
It took a week to fix that, because all the good bacteria in the gut and colon are lost, I added some live plain organic yogurt and more probiotics! Yes that was awesome, felt great and produced perfect 💩 again.
I certainly didn’t want to do this test and glad that ordeal is past....I was anxious over that for weeks.
Bonus down a pound today. After a week holiday on the islands.
