just wondering if u all weight yourself everyday to keep on top of things, or once a week. I've put on over last 2 days but I really dont know why as I've been staying to 1500 calories or less. feeling a bit disappointed after my first weeks success. Although I am pleased overall with my weight so far .

Cristinamontero how do you know 1500 is too much? My daily calorie intake can be 2700 per day. At 1500 I lose weight quickly.

Hi yes I was about to say why is 1500 calories too much at nearly 6ft in height and a loss of 2 stone in 6 months ( I started losing before this app on paleo diet) I think I'm doing something right!

My online info came up with 2500 per day for me. I try for 1500 to 1,800 keto. I'm six stones three pounds down. My before I after is not bad. Eleven stones to go. I'm on my way but I've had an eating disorder most of my life. Discovered ket o and never looked back. I went into therapy. Doing the head work sealed the deal. I'm 54 and five foot four and a half. The first four days I struggled but I'm never hungry,have more energy and I'm reclaiming my life. My partner died recently. Normally I'd be in the fridge every minute. If I can get through this,then anyone can. Wishing us all recovery and achieving our goals.

It sounds like you’re doing amazingly well! I weigh myself almost everyday but have started to only log it once a week at the same time (although I’m kinda gutted with the time and day I chose as it always seems to be higher than it was for the rest of the week 🙄🤣) Mine says I should be on about 1500 which should be fairly easy if I didn’t keep falling off the wagon with silly people at work bringing cakes in!

My main weigh day is Wednesday but I do weigh almost daily. This is after I wake (after loo). This is to help me keep my head in the game. When I stop, I get careless & drop the ball. Obvs. my weight fluctuates through the month but having just started into being perimenopausal I'm noticing more bloat some months due to extended time with water retention. If weighing daily helps you keep you on track, then do it. I do xx

I weigh in twice a week, Friday and Monday. I tend to lose more weight at the weekend and wanted to check that and I've just kept doing it. I'm much better hydrated at weekends which is why I think the weight loss is better.
