Homemade ice cream. It had to be frozen in the tub because it wouldn’t freeze in the machine. We had to thaw it a bit to get it out. Then my teeth are super sensitive to cold so I let mine melt. The big chunk was given to hubby ;). And I should point out that the bowl is the little dessert size 😉. Oddly enough, I’ve had this twice now and it doesn’t aggravate my lactose intolerance!! Perhaps half and half doesn’t effect me. Heavy whipping cream does somewhat so I assumed half and half would too. That’s chocolate chip cookie dough in there. 😁 

I love melted ice cream...yum! 

Hmmm I use it in potato soup. Perhaps it’s the bacon, chicken soup seasoning or the potatoes. Actually I put meat and cheese in it too. Cheese has never affected me. Or perhaps I’ve eaten something else earlier in the day and just assumed it was the cream. That’s probably it. I’ll try to watch better and see what irritates the tummy. Thanks for the info!
