Pretty yummy and filling salad for lunch. It was perfect for watching “Stranger Things—Season 3”, episode 3 with my hubby. We’re trying to space out the season, but I have a feeling we’ll be finished with them all tomorrow! 😱🥰😱

i love seeing pictures of great salads omg this one is a 9 cause as an old professor once said nothing is perfect..guess she is right what would we have to strive for if that was true...oh im going to post that lol

Thanks, guys! And I had an English professor like that, too! I had a paper due and needed to finish the final copy. I’d just given birth to our oldest daughter and wrote the final copy in the recovery room (this was in ‘87 and didn’t have to be typed). Can you believe she took a point off for the handwriting being messy in some places?! I mean, I’d just given birth!!! 😬😳🤬 At least this helped me know what I’d never do once I started teaching.

Thanks! My husband was the expert “chopper” for this salad. I prettied it up with the extra goodies: glazed walnuts and cherries, garlic focaccia croutons, pepitas and almonds, and rope provolone cheese. It was delicious! 🤤🥰 (Just finished episode #5 last night; on to #6 tonight!)
