Didn't want to go to the pool yesterday, but I did it anyway and swam over 1/2 mile (16 laps). I've REALLY been wanting fruit! At the pool picnic yesterday, I saw several people eating watermelon, and I sure would have liked some! I was bored yesterday and wanted to eat more. Still managed to keep my Net Carbs under 30 and my RDI under 1,800, though. I don't know how long this great weight-loss trend will continue, but I'm thoroughly enjoying watching the scale go down every morning!
