I woke up in an unusually good mood this morning. :D Probably because i know that i accomplished a ton last night.
I was soooo not in the mood for the gym, but I didnt want to come home and just sit, so i made a deal with myself. I would skip the gym, but i had to come home and cook dinner, clean the kitchen and deep clean both bathrooms before bed. And I must say, scrubbing my tubs that havent been scrubbed in lord knows how long was probably a better work out than i could ever get at the gym!! ... maybe lol
But i woke up this morning and went into my sparkling clean bathroom, and was feeling thin so i decided to take a mid month waist measurement and i was easily 29". :D I know my profile says that i am already at 29", but i was wrong when i posted that, i was actually about 31" and totally delusional. So in the last 3-4 weeks of losing .2 lbs a week, i actually have been losing inches. its pretty amazing. my last measurement i was at 29 1/2 so its not drastic, but something is always better than nothing!
Today is gonna be a crazy day at work. Good thing i treated myself to a double skinny vanilla latte this morning!!!
