Yesterday was my Spike day. We went to go see Godzilla, and we snuck in popcorn to share and Iced coffees. The movie was pretty good!
For my OMAD I had A&W root beer (med in one of their mugs), 4 pieces of fried dough and a 1/4 cup of white chowder broth, and 1 NY system hot weiner. Then we went to Newport Creamery for ice cream sundaes. It was a really fun day.
I did spend some time this weekend reflecting on Friday's post. So much so, that I forgot to do Sat's journal.
I used to always say my body can be at ideal minimal cals and I won't lose even if I am eating well, and on the flip side I can be eating what I want and exercising like mad and I do not lose either.
I really need the combination and tracking to have steady and decisive weight loss. My plan was to start adding in 6 days of 30 mins in about 2 weeks. I have worked up to 9 mins on my fit board and this week is 10 mins on lunch. But now my goal is to fit in 30 mins when I get home.
So today, 10 mins on lunch and 30 mins of cardio when I get home. Tomorrow will 10 mins on lunch and 30 mins of Bowflexing when I get home.
I plan to take my Spike day as a my rest day.
The big questions start: do I start with leg day or arm day? :-)
