I've been Eating Clean for over a month now and the although shedding those extra pounds make me feel incredible and so motivated, I have to say the increase in energy and the improvment in my skin are the best part!! I had no idea what it felt like to actually have energy to do the things I wanted to do without needing serious caffeine and sugar! So i'm looking better, but I feel amazing thanks to Eating Clean =) Going back to my old eating habits is out of the question! I didn't realize just how much of a toll processed foods and sugar were taking on my body, but I've made the change for the better and it's never too late!
