I have successfully been able to get up to 1200 calories a day for the last couple days... it is literally a daily battle lol... but i love being able plan my meals for the day actually... yesterday i typed everything in to my food diary from breakfast to dinner... that way i knew where my calorie count would be at the end of the day.. then i stuck my snacks in between. I printed it out and just followed it.. it was a great way to not make mistakes in tracking. if there were any variations i'd jot it on my print out and adjust as needed.

considering that i probably could eat another 100 calories or so, i figured i'd go a couple weeks at the 1200 then slowly add the rest.

that's a great idea!! Good thinking girl! Hey, I asked a question on Summer rains journal, but I wasn't sure if you'd get back there to see it. What app were you all talking about and what system is it used on? Desktop or mobile, like an iPod? Cuz if I could get the app on my iPod, I'd use it fo sho!! Let me know. That's been what's holding back from the C25K program, is the timing thing. Do you run on a treadmill or outside? I don't own a treadmill, so I'd have to run outside, but then I wouldn't know how to time myself, other than looking at a watch & I just don't know if I'd have the patience for that. Let me know:) Thanks!

Oh yeah its an ipod app.. i think its called C25K.. u can use your own music and it just prompts u when to run and when to walk.. its awesome!
