umm does anybody have this problem.. i'll cook something but once start eating it.. it doesnt taste right or good.. i mean like it doesnt hit that spot.. this is one of the reasons why i've stopped doing atkins so many times..all the things that i used to like when i first started doesnt satisfy me so i end up skipping meals cause i feel nauseous(man i cant spell)

i might have to live on atkins shakes.. i hate that feeling

yeah. I burnt out myself. It makes you have a appreciation for noral eating lifestyle with some self control and smaller portions. I think sometimes we focus so hard on loosing weight that we become obsessed with food and actually that's the last thing we should be doing.

I think you really need to search for more variety. I did that too, the last time I was on Atkins. I got so sick of the same ole' same ole' ... so now I try to look for different things. It's just a rut too ... we all get there but this too shall pass and you will go and do great! Think of the great reward of looking so beautiful and thinner ... not to mention healthier too!! You can do it girl. The shakes are ok if that is what you are in the mood for, For now anyway. Just make sure to keep a carb count each day. You'll be fine. I had a shake the other night for dinner just b/c nothing sounded good to me and I didn't feel like cooking after we had moved furniture all day so just chill my friend. Do what makes you feel good and search for new recipes to fix. I'm not really in the mood for any food right now either, maybe it's this time of year. .... hummmmm...
