Hi
Down to having lost 13 lbs! It is very slow...wow, there was a newbie in the lobby of the COD and she asked me how long it took to lose my weight and when I said 14 weeks, she seemed very disappointed.... but like I told her, I am NOT suffering AND I want the weight to stay off once and for all....so I am focusing on living my life AND losing weight!

My thoughts today, anyway!!

You can join me on the slow train. No what they tell you is NOT correct. Try to have realistic expectation and rejoice that you have lost weight and are better off health wise than when you started. You are doing great!!!
