Father, you know all about this phone conversation. I ask for favor for the caller and the listeners for kindness, gentleness, understanding, strength, faith, etc. etc. You know the need and you are able. PLease intervene for your glory. Quiet the hearts that are involved. Your will be done. 

I dont know what time your on, but I hope your meeting went well. Praying for you. Deep breathing helps me. Your doing great with your weight. I am stuggling but still moving slowly foward. I find the last 15 the hardesr to loose. My body does not want to give it up. Lol

Phone call went better than expected - though talking about it still brings tears to my eyes. I wish I could share the details, but I can't. Suffice it to say that, for a time at least, I've lost something very precious to me. If you're inclined to pray, please ask that I would stop trying to fill that void with food. Thanks, friends.
