So far today, I had plenty of sleep last night, woke up so early (4am). Went to Walmart. I was starving when I left and had McD's. Then had it AGAIN for Lunch. BAD. So, my goal is to not have any more McD's for the rest of the month. I love those fries.
I bought a yoga mat, a NEW pedometer since mine broke last week, and a Jillian Micheal's yoga workout. I also ran into a guy offering me some martial arts classes coming up soon. So I have a variety of work out activities that I plan to do.
Goals: *No McDonald's!! *plan and DO 30 min exercise daily. At least 3 days of in home workouts. (videos, wii fit, ab circle) Then gardening, outdoor stuff, usual things.... *Drink more water *wear pedometer every day, aim for 10,000 steps
