You are dealing with the same need to gain weight as Chrisw77. He must adjust his calories up to keep gains and still build muscle. Best of luck to you.

Thank u!!! One thing that ive learned is that i have to eat even when im not hungry 😩 but to each my goals sacrifices have to be made.

Thanks dude, i appreciate the support!!!! Im actually good for now on the tips side lol but im a firm believer of “knowledge is power” so i will definitely look through ur feed to see how i can fine tune hear and there along the way. Btw, that chicken alfredo looks delicious!!!! 😂 🙏🏾
