Don’t judge lol. I’m lactose intolerant... enough said ;). Plus hey, if it satisfies my sweet tooth at the same time I won’t complain! Logged one serving but we will see how much I can eat. I’m thankful for sensitive teeth and getting brain freezes as it guarantees I won’t overeat on really cold foods! Now once the ice cream is slush or melted then all bets are off. Actually surprised this was still in the freezer... in front! My kids eat all my diet stuff. They must think this will be nasty lol. One thing... don’t trust the expiration dates. This says 8/14/19 but it’s 4/11/19 and once the foil was pulled back I can tell it’s freezer burnt around the top edges and some ice crystals in their too. It’s still good. Most is perfectly normal and I’m enjoying savoring it. Happy Thursday! 

Ate almost half... that’s 10g of protein! That’s better than some protein bars I’ve looked at! Now I’m not feeling so bad about ice cream for breakfast lol. Not as good as my protein bars that I love or my shakes but better than the snickers I’ve been sneaking or toast. Mmmm toast. That would’ve been more filling though. 

Is the halo the Keto ice cream ??? I saw it in the store and was giddy! I may be getting them confused. Looks amazing !

Ice cream and frozen yogurt are two things I have trouble with when it comes to portions. I have to buy pre-measured treats, like ice cream sandwiches, or get a cone from McDonalds. I tried to eat just half a container of Halo, but that was silly of me.  

Not Keto for sure. 16g of carbs in 1/2 a cup. I’ve cream isn’t really my thing. It’s good and has a purpose for me but halo top isn’t the same as normal ice cream for me. I do love a chocolate chip cookie dough malt but I doubt it would taste the same with halo top. It was good this morning though (plain with no malt).  

I make my own keto ice cream - I have yet to find any sugar free, low carb store-bought that tastes as good.
