Unsure of the weight today, although probably up. I was so hungry last night. Like legit hungry and I hate about 3 oz of cheddar cheese that wasn't planned.

That isn't why I didn't weigh in though. I didn't have time. My toddler had a nightmare and could not get back to sleep for a long time last night and we slept in and were rushing this morning. No time to hit the scale (we don't keep it in the bathroom, we keep it in the kitchen) before I showered this morning.

I am trying to make a solid meal plan for the week. Breakfast was good, 1/2 banana, 1 sunny side up egg, 1 pc bacon. Lunch is left overs 1/2 black bean and veggie burger, with about 5 cinnamon sweet potato fries and a 3/4 cup Brussel sprouts.

I need to Pinterest and plan out my evening menu tonight and our weekend menu as well.
