Christmas! Having been away, I am sooooo far behind with the holiday prep. So, after spinning class, today will be decorating & getting together a shopping list (which since I would love to avoid the crowds will hopefully mostly be done online) plus catching up on work & paperwork. A little Christmas music should set the tone perfectly! No plans tonight (thankfully) but another holiday event -- a cocktail party -- tomorrow. After last night's late Holiday dinner which although I made good food choices (plus some tastes of dessert), the lateness & wine could make today more of a challenge as I know how both can affect me. So, know I may need all my tools today, including a nap! But, am determined to take care of myself this one day or meal or moment at a time, and will pray, post, log & breathe my way through.
