so I had Chinese food this weekend 😒 I kinda regret it but then kinda don't. I enjoyed it, it was delicious. Doesn't necessarily mean I sabotaged myself, no? I'm happy, time to move on. Doesn't mean I won't keep going or that I will stop. I will not be a prisoner of food!

Love your attitude... I love Chinese myself....I will always have foods I enjoy just work on getting myself back on track though and moderation for me is key...Im glad you enjoyed your meal lifes to short not to enjoy things we love;)

@maxi you are absolutely correct! It's also a thing of moderation for me, as well. I used to always best myself up for the occasional "indulgence" until I deprived myself so much I eventually started drifting away and almost gained back what I lost. I refuse to deprive myself of things I enjoy, even if it takes me longer to lose the wright that I want. I will, eventually, get there. I just have to not make it a habit but a happy treat every once in a long while 😋😊
