The fam and I are going on a really long trail walk today and then farmers market tomorrow!! Just a chill weekend for us...

@from371. Corned beef and cabbage soup... I put corned beef, cabbage, a few carrots, celery, onion, bell pepper, herbs, stock, water then for fats I added unfiltered olive oil and butter in the crock pot. I measure and plugged in the portions divided by 8 and the numbers looked good. I’m also making a crustless shepherds pie... i plan to not add corn or potatoes to mine... I am thinking of making a cauliflower crust instead of mashed potatoes.

Also I am cooking up brats as a side... lots of meat and food today... the kids are getting lucky charms marshmallow cereal bars!!! 🤤🤫 I licked the spatula earlier when I was done making it, which probably made me want them more!!
