Trade show over - working at desk and trying to get organized, super tired. Homemade store bought chicken soup with lots of fat. First time I have not scooped the top layer of "cold hard" fat off the top before heating it up. Now having learned the truth about fat it is Welcome in my diet. It's hot and Very soothing!! The scale went up a couple lbs, probably from swelling - on my feet all weekend, but i'm not reporting it officially as I expect it to go DOWN!! The Keto stick is Burning. The new foster, Ray, is super sweet and Very Independent.

woooo drink some water, often when mine gets that purple it's because I need water. That's the word in the keto community. what do you think. I use to be self employed. I miss the lifestyle.

fullabella, when i was doing a canadian diet program called Dr. Bernstein, his whole premise is Keto but with severe calorie restriction, at that time I too only ever saw very light pink, as you had to visit with pee samples 3x/week. this dark purple is without caloric restriction - it's all very interesting. and jenjabba - at the trade show i drank 3litres/day. lots of water. i still have so much to learn about it and am fascinated at how different foods affect the hormones which affect cravings, and hunger and and and... amazing stuff!!
