Monday-down another pound - Yay! Worked yesterday, very busy, but not at the job where I have the most steps (even though i feel i am constantly walking!), so just 8,768 steps, up 4 floors, 5.87 kms, burning 2,102, and taking in 1,386 calories. Day off today, so not as many steps (it's extremely cold outside, I'm staying in!), and I often eat more on off days.
