I am exhausted.
The depression isn't helping...I have so much to be happy about but the sad won't let me celebrate too much. I was really excited yesterday even though I didn't get a date but by the time I got home it was just too much. So I crashed. It also didn't help that I had only gotten 3 hours of sleep. Doctor days are always bad because of the sleep issue but this was out of the norm for me. I do sleep a lot when I'm sick but I probably got in a good 12 hour nap. I hate being up at 5am normally...but I feel surprisingly well-rested this morning.

I hear ya, I don't know how to sleep more. I wish I could. No matter what, I'm up after 6.5 -7. And I keep a strict schedule. Good for you
