It's the first of March and a Friday! I've had a busy week of concerts, parties, movies and now heading into a 2 day music festival. All of this has added up to lots of eating out at restaurants which for me means that no matter how good my choices are I am still being bombarded with lots of sugar, salt and FAT! Lots and lots of unnecessary fat so I wasn't surprised that my weight was up a titch this morning. Oh well. I've got a plan for next week. My California vacation is coming up and I want this 10 lbs off.
