Day 2! My goal today was to lower carbs a bit more and to move more. Success! Really pleased with my macros today and especially 53g net carbs while feeling very full. Drank more water, too!
Did two mini cardio workouts: in morning, Leslie Sansone's Happy Walk, 1 mile, 15 minutes (Youtube) - easy pace. Evening: did 3 Fitness Marshall videos (Youtube) which was more for fun since I really just flailed about, waving arms, and marching in place. Did same short bursts like yesterday: floor exercises & light weights.
I am excited to be heading in the right direction!
