Well, the weight listed above is incorrect according to my working scales, but my body is the size I would be at that weight. That is what keeps me going. I am going on a vacation to visit family in Florida. I pulled out summer clothes from last summer. Everything was very big, but the kinds of shirts, linen blend, won't matter if big. The pants had been tight and are loose now, but don't look terrible. I know I have lost weight. I have been very constipated lately and retaining fluid. The best I can do is stay focused on the end game, better health and appearance. According to my unbroken scale, I am 5-7 lbs more than listed. I will post my weight again when I equal what is up there.
A friend was talking to me telling me I was crazy to go on a cruise and stay on my diet and to go out and eat with them and calculate everything. I told her that once you have a weight problem, you always have one. Going off for me isn't the pound or two it might be for someone else. I need to consider whether a two week cruise and a 10 lb weight gain, which COULD have happened had I been drinking more than one glass of wine a day and eating desserts and a third meal, would have been worth months of super strict dieting just to get back to where I was. I decided before I went that it would not happen. I also intend to stay on my program when we leave tomorrow for Florida. I will know when I return, although I need to give it a day or two after to get off water weight. Restaurant food is highly seasoned.
