And some protein, and some nutrients. And it's minimally processed food. To each their own. No need to shake your head. Personally I'm on a high carb, low fat diet, because that works for my body. No need to be condescending Cameron. We all have different paths to the same goal.

Potatoes are like candy to me. I love, love, love them. BUT, my belly and my butt swells up when I eat them. I look forward to the time when I'm thin enough to enjoy them again. Yours look delicious!

👍 sounds like a good plan. I’m trying to keep my fat as low as possible right now. Not vegan though 👹
