Over the weekend I had some time to think about where I am, at the moment, in my WLJ. Some days/weeks go by and I may feel like I'm in a lull with weight loss. I had to get out of the habit of weighing myself EVERY day. It was a huge downer if on any given morning those numbers weren't any less than the morning before. I would think WTF was I doing wrong?...is any of this working? etc... Mind you, I end up losing for the week, so yeah weighing myself daily will just need to be a thing of the past. Anyway, I decided my weigh in day will be Fridays. My rewards have been some pretty cool NSVs and these are the milestones that are so important!
recent: ~ my clothes are looser fitting ~ I moved a notch down in my belt ~ my ankles and feet no longer hurt at the end of the day ~ I'm seeing/feeling bones that once hid behind fat (hands, neckline, hips, shins) ~ as I walk, my arms fall straight, they no longer bow around my waist ~ my figure is shaping inward, not outward (see comment above) ~ can cross my legs ~ more pep in my step
Over the 12 months ~ sleep apnea has been gone for a year now ~ no meds (was on HBP and Metformin) ~ I have to tighten the seat belt on the plane instead of struggling ~ down from 3x/4x to 1x
