Oh no, what's wrong with your Mum? 

I am sorry.. try to lay low and stay under the radar.. you have to just hang on until August.. that is only like 7 weeks.. you can do it.. remember that the things you can control are very good for you right now.. You are getting smaller, you are going to a school you want to go to.. we cant win them all but dont let the losses no matter how crappy they are.. dont let them defeat you.. I am thinking of you.. keep your chin up. much love to you! 

sasha my mum has depression it has only recently occoured to me that she has been having bouts of depression for as long as i can remember i guess at the time i put them down to bad moods. i just seem to be the one who generally gets the brunt of it unfortunately :( Ceebee thank you you're right i just have to hold on to the good things and keep them in my mind she is going away for 3/4 days next week so i will have a chance to relax then :) didnt gym tonight and slightly overate but today will just have to be my treat day straight back on it after work tomorrow :) 

Hang on honey, you can make it. Deep breaths and lots of bubble baths! 

Hang in there - focus on your positives - I know it is difficult though. 

I'm sorry to hear that, Selina. I really do hope that things do improve again, and for good this time.
