HAPPY DAY HAPPY DAY Me doing a happy dance here! Ok...No the scale didn't move...It will I know it...someday/month or year..haha! I'm dancing 'cuz I started my softball tonight! Just practice but I LOVE IT! We're not bad considering we're a bunch of old ladies...hahaha (really, even made it to nationals!) NOT BAD!
Ok...I was 'told' I was to use this journal for "diet reasons"...here's my diet reason of the day....ummmm...ya, ok...I like to eat. I like to eat junk...I'm getting much better at not eating junk....THERE..."Diet reasons" fulfilled, don't 'cha think???
Good day my friends! Don't let the 'downers bring ya down'...THEY don't like to be 'downers'...they just don't know any better. HEEHEE!

Ohhhhh gosh, I USED to play softball ALOT....Spose I'll get to play again one day? YEAH....sure hope so....Have a FAB time and congrats on the Nationals!! I hear ya on the junk food....i USED to eat it waaaaay too much but now limit myself to once a month for a MUST HAVE *something*....maybe a choc bar....a bag of Lay's....a chinese splurge....making it something to look forward to instead of something I can NEVER have is MUCH easier on my psyche.....Huggies and have an AWESOME day darlin......D

Sounds fun! my sister played softball as a kid and I would go to all her games.
