Oh my word, I can't seem to stay on the wagon this year! Still maintaining a decent weight, but I really need to get back at it and lose these last 10 pounds. Finally have my new home gym put together, but I still need to get rid of the junk in the den so I can do a proper workout. Still trying to clean and purge stuff, so exercise has been on the back burner. Haven't logged my food like I should. Now I've started an 8 week class, 2 nights a week, going for my CCMA (certified clinical medical assistant) and working a ten hours shift one day a week until our new full time employee gets trained and on board (our previous full timer's last day was Jan 10). I need to get back into some sort of normal routine again, but my life doesn't want to let me be normal, lol.
