Sometime last week I lost my focus! I've been doing so good! I'm going to blame stress, but now I have to get my head back in the game. Eating has been so so, fast food a couple times, but then skip a meal which isn't good, so I need to get back to healthy eating. Tonight I have got to exercise!! I have not exercised since Thursday (and that was light walking). I am 2.2 pounds from 10% on my weight loss challenge at the hospital (weigh in 11/7) and 13 pounds from my goal, I am fitting in clothes that haven't fit for awhile. All this is good so what is going on!?!?!?

Wednesday I am going to get us a new scale ours comes on when it feels like it and I've changed the battery a couple times so I don't think that is the issue. Hopefully it will weigh me closer to the hospital scale so I don't have to do a mathmatic calculation every time I step on it, lol.
