Good Monday Morning -- keeping all those in Sandy's way in prayer today -- be safe.
So in honor of the start of Go Hard or Go Home Challenge, I brought my running clothes/shoes into the office this morning -- will spend 30 minutes of my lunch hour taking a run -- YAY. That still gives me 20 minutes (10 minutes factored for changing clothes back-n-forth, lol) to suck down my tuna salad lunch.

Good for you - you really are going to Go Hard! Sandy prevented my noon time walk so may have to drag out the Wii tonight (presuming we still have power). BTW - had to buy Pumpkin Spice K-Cups today because you've talked them up so much I just had to have them.

Had a great run/walk at lunch. Going to try and do that each workday -- wish me luck. Buffy -- those Pumpkin K-Cups are my favorite afternoon pick-me-up -- with 2 Tbsp of HWC of course :)

GG -- such blasphamy, lol. LolasNoni - K-cups are coffee packs for the individual cup Kuerig machine. I am not usually a flavored coffee fan BUT these pumpkin spice ones are wonderful :)
