Up another pound...Getting frustrated! The only thing I have added as a constant in the last week is the pumpkin MIM for the fiber. Guess I will take it back out and see what happens. Calories look ok, carbs look ok to me...I expected to gain a couple pounds back after being sick, but 5?? I am not constipated, am drinking my water...Maybe tonight I will re-read the new book.

Could it be hormones? I browsed your food calendar and the only thing I saw was the carbsmart bars. This could be the problem. They act the same way Atkins bars does so it could be causing this? Its a guess because if you are entering everything you eat I can't see why youd be gaining. Your percentages and calories are good. Could anything you are eating have hidden carbs that you are unaware of?

Thanks for looking Keli-I enter everything I eat. I don't usually use spices, except for garlic powder and can't imagine that would cause a gain...yes my carbsmart weakness has risen it's ugly head again! I will also not eat those and see how it goes :)

Check out this website when you get a chance. You would not believe how some of our favorite foods have hidden carbs. Luncheon meat, brats, cheese as well as many more have hidden carbs. Just check and dont always go off of the entries here for the foods you are eating. Always double check the nutritional information that is on the foods you are consuming. Most of the foods here have been entered and/or editted by other members so they are not guaranteed to be correct. Good luck sweetie, I am sure you will get to losing again. http://www.lowcarb.ca/
