resolution's are just a start. i have 10lbs to go before hitting the 100lbs lost mark. and my goal for 2019 was to get those last ten before the end of April. i started keto the last week of April 2018 so getting 100 off in a year will be incredibly inspiring for the future me. knowing i can do it will translate into everything life can toss my way. im still sceptical that ill wake up fat any second, its just amazing how its come off when before even 10lbs were so hard to do.
