Ok.. I feel off the wagon and gained all the weight back and more. I work in the mortgage industry and it was very stressful there mintue but I was blessed to continue to have a job. Now that has all been settled. I decided I need a schedule meal plan and no guess becuase of my busy life style as a single parent of three. I am now on Prefect Weight America. I started 03/30/2008 at 260 lbs and as of 04/11/2008 weighed 241 lbs. 19 lbs so far

I changed my eating habits for life; cleaned our my pantry and frigde of all process foods. We as a family decided to more forward with healthy eating life style. We have giving up FAST FOOD completely! I prepare all foods at home and also allow my kids to join in on the fun too... We also started a organic garden in the back yard.

NO MORE "YO YO" diets...
