It's good, I am already trying to find my maintenance, but I still have fat around my upper body to lose, I am a kind of "skinny-fat" I have been averaging 1700 calories for the last two weeks, Iast night I close my week with a little less than 1700 because I skipped dinner, my stomach was a little upset because I binged eat my chocolates 🙁🐽

Understood. With the stomach area, I assume you have concentrated exercises around that, but have you incorporated lower back and oblique exercises??? That would round out the rest of your core which will assist with toning the muscle group and burn the unwanted fat. Just my thoughts

I am doing all kind of exercise, the only part I don't workout too hard are my arms (I just do what I can due to my weak wrists ) I will lose the stubborn belly fat one day, I am sure . I still have a good 5-10 pounds of fat to lose

Maybe, because you are taller or with larger frame , I am small frame or extra small lol. Because I still have fat around

I suggest the way to lose bodyfat now is weight training - not sure if you lift weights or not but it would help you firm up, create lean muscle and lose bodyfat without losing more weight on the scale. Losing more weight on the scale will not remove the fat tissue - you will still be skinny fat as you said in your post. Make some muscle, girl! You can do it!
