Hi all! It has been so long since I have posted, but my life really sucks right now and I am not following a diet or an exercise routine at all! My Niece that I told you all was having surgery passed away last Thursday and since then nothing matters to me at all anymore....I am not watching what I eat, I am not exercising and I am not really caring much about it! My family and my sanity is what I am concentrating on right now. Once things get back on track I will begin again, but until then I am living life and doing it for her! I don't think I have gained anything, but don't really know, things are still fitting the same if not looser, but at this point like I said it really doesn't matter....wanted to let you all know what was going on in my life and ask any of you that have prayer friends to please pray for my family that we have the strength to make it though this. My brother and sister are doing as good as can be expected, but they also have a 7 year old daughter that is trying to deal with this too, they need all the prayers you can give them! Thanks in advance for all the support that I know I will get from everyone! She is our Guardian Angel now and is watching over us and is so Happy to be with God and to be able to walk, talk, run and play!

Sweetie, I am soo sorry to hear about your niece. I can completely understand not following the diet thing, it's the last thing you need to worry about. Just take care of yourself and do what you have to do to make it through such a difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you and your family....

Oh Heather, that absolutely breaks my heart to hear that news so I can only imagine what you and your family are going through. You all are definitely in my prayers. You bring up a great point I have been thinking about alot lately, to enjoy life and not dwell or stress on the small stuff. That is the best thing you can do is live the best life you can;)
