Two burgers, one with bread, bacon and cheese, an egg and chips. Huge meal and I’m stuffed. This wouldn’t have filled me up a year ago. I’d have had both on bread and twice as many chips easily (another 300kcal probably).

Oh yeah, my meal sizes are SO much smaller than they used to be, and I feel completely satisfied. It's a good feeling :)

This was a huge meal in terms of calories and size. However it’s still less than I used to eat. I’ve been super hungry lately so I though a bigger meal might hold me longer. This was about 11:30 and we ate dinner at 5:30. Lunch an hour early and dinner two hours early. Now I’m super hungry again! Of course I missed my late snack too so having some beef jerky and have almonds on standby. I’ll peobbaly maintain for a bit until my body goes though another phase of not wanting as much food. I’d say another week or so I think. Doesn’t help that we’ve been so busy today. Haven’t burned many calories based on my Apple Watch and my tracker but I’ve been doing laundry, shopping, checked each kid for lice because the school keeps having outbreaks, picked up the house, went to the library... I met my 12 hour stand goal where at least 12 hours of the 14 I’ve been up.. where I stand and am active for at least 10 minutes of every hour. I’ve only had an alert 4 times today so that means I was active 8 hours before it could remind me lol.
