i grew up on microwaved eggs!! love them!  

So I wound up with stress for lunch and vodka for dinner. Not my best day, but I'm down 3 more lbs. Will weigh in tomorrow morning.

Never cooked eggs in microwave, did you add whipping cream to the scramble? They look fluffy and delicious. 

Sorry about your day, they can go downhill fast. Hope tomorrow is better. 

Barbieq13, our weight goals are similar; I started out heavier. I had a totally sedentary job for nearly 30 years. Now retired, diabetic neuropathy has claimed much of my mobility. Still, I know I can improve my quality of life/ Keep it up, B! 

How to make microwave eggs?? 

Eggs "bloom" in the microwave, I discovered this week. I put three raw scrambled eggs in a 12-oz container and cooked them for a minute used the high setting on my 1500-watt microwave. It was still raw. Back in. Then, began to take on the dimensions of a grand soufle -- towering over the container -- as it cooked! (Those little "microwave omelet" containers seem way to small to me now! A quart-size mixing bowl would have worked better.) Start with a *much* larger container than you imagine you'll need. You need to experiment with number of eggs power level, cooking time, and how "hard" you want the end product to be. But it's fun! (I went back to frying pans and griddles!)
