This is my first entry in a while.
Even though my diet has gone off the tracks, I have never stopped logging my food intake and even though I am hardly as focused as I was for many months...I have kept relatively the same weight. My necessity to gorge myself at every sitting is no longer a factor, now I just eat one large meal a day but not by design.
Yesterday, being Christmas, I ate far more meat, Rib Roast and Pork Chops, than I needed and I have decided to scale back on meats all together.
I am ready to start my second phase and achieve even better results as I drop another 30lbs. The one blessing I have been able to maintain is a new habit of not feeling obligated to eat everything around me. If I am full, I am full.
It is comforting to see Draglist, Rosio19 and many others still journaling their daily calorie walk.
So in the spirit of the holidays...I say let's roll.

I am really successful with one meal a day when I am trying to get away from binge eating as well. Keep logging! It works! I’m here for you! We all are!

You're commitment is a pleasure to see. I was sidetracked myself, deaths, illness then holidays, but I never lost sight of the goal. Getting back into the Journey is alot easier with a place like FS and of course the people.

3 months of not sticking to your diet yet staying around the same weight is a good thing I’d say. You’ve been taking a break and staying in maintenance. No harm in that! Just keep to maintenance until you are ready to start losing again and you should be fine 😉. Just don’t go overboard. I like to stuff myself too but now find if I stuff myself with junk I feel horrible the next day. Stuffing myself with good food like meat or veggies, even tacos made at home is good because it’s not junk food 😉

Thank you all for the kind responses. Peeperjj...I lived for 40 years stuffing my face on anything and everything. On the rare occasions I do so now, my body immediately rebels and I take notice. Thank you again.
