You know it’s hard to believe how the little things have changed like being able to walk up the stairs or get off of the floor without rolling first on all 4’s.
My kids got a trampoline for Christmas. Back in July, my weight exceeded the limit which was true of so many things! It’s amazing how max capacity of so many things is 250 pounds and even 200 pounds. This morning I was not only able to feel secure getting on the trampoline, but I was also able to get in and out with no problem. Laying there with my daughter reminded me that there is no food in the world as satisfying as being able to be active and play with my girls.
