I have learned that relaxing is very important to my journey to a healthier me.
So I had a hot bath with magnesium flakes, essential oils bubbles 😍 while sipping a coffee with some whipped cream and cinnamon then threw on a cozy robe 🙌❤️

@d3mi heck yeah. A hot bath and hot coffee... I actually doing a full body charcoal and mud mask before the bath. It’s like an at home spa for $4 hahaha then actually took the time to lather up in lotion after... it’s amazing what an hour of self care can do! I am so relaxed and my skin is so soft and by adding a little camphor oil it really opened my nasal cavity and lungs. (Camphor oil also helps tighten loose skin, so it’s beneficial for weight loss)

@lena I get the cheaper face masks and scrubs at winco but then use them as body scrubs... it is an inexpensive way to detox and relax!
