You amuse me😁 Banter is great, I hope one day you lose the everyone is entitled to my opinion approach and we can actually banter about stuff properly. I get you are big and that's what your about but it is a huge wide world mate. Let yourself be open to other things, you might realise that their is more to life then being big and a bad diet hahahaha. I might realise their is more to life then sweating bullets and eating clean. Neither of us is right or wrong Gangsta. Discussion is great, I think you spend a lot of time with people to like minded hahahaha

So I typed a response and instead it duplicated Chris' post? Anyway, I was saying it's funny that we are at odds when only 10 real pounds separate us, hahaha! If I ate 2200 calories for a couple days I'd be 180-181. Going by our comments is sounds like we are world's apart body wise.

Wow.....this was entertaining and thanks Chris for the clarity of incline rows. I may need a stick diagram. A stick to illustrate what this looks like. Then again......serious question for the lot of you? Is 1.5 times BW with benching a pretty high mark for a woman?

So yeah, I decided to look up some videos of the elite in calisthenics. Plenty of them are as big if not bigger than me. You can definitely have size and fitness. I'm no bigger than elite sprinters in the Olympics either. I think I create an illusion of being huge but I just take good pictures, lol.

And yes, 1.5 bw is way more than most men can bench. It would be great for a woman.

Thx Diablo; buddy working with his niece and I think she weighs 135 and benches just over 200. Need to stop by and see them....she is a beast.

I don't think that's low. Bodyweight for 10 is really good. Moving on up!

To give some perspective, around here an office needs to bench 98% of their bodyweight to get a passing score. Many of them have to practice for a long time to get that. You're pound for pound a lot stronger than the average Joe.

Okay, I think his niece has a record for her bench (the buddy training his niece); she weighs in at 130 for competitions--in competition she benched 190. Which, is some sort of national record in the US for her age group. Chris's question about "how much" is interesting. And "what is normal" for someone starting out? Well, 10 reps of BW or more (Chris at 150) I'm thinking is somewhere North of 20% of men. Maybe I'm off and it is truly just a number(the percentage). Could be higher? So, would Chris have a 1RM of 205? Higher? Just curious.
